During our time together at the property, we will discuss your lot options, exterior home concepts, floor plans, etc. If you’re ready to move forward, you’ll put down a deposit to reserve your lot and begin the loan approval process.

Once we’ve finalized your plans and financing, we’ll begin the construction process! We’ll stay on top of all the details each step of the way and keep you informed on progress with regularly scheduled walk-throughs and updates as you move towards move in day.
